The South Downs Society is a registered charity which does not receive any money from local or national government. The Society relies entirely upon the support and generosity of its members and benefactors. Every contribution is needed and much appreciated and helps us to protect the Downs and make them more easily accessible to all. If you would like to make a donation, please enter the amount in the field below.
By ticking the 'Treat as Gift Aid' box, you are agreeing that the South Downs Society can treat this donation as a Gift Aid Donation. By doing so, you will enable us to claim an extra 25% of your donation at no extra cost to you.
You must pay an amount of Income Tax (or Capital Gains Tax) at least equal to the tax the South Downs Society will reclaim on your donation (currently 25p for each £1 you pay)
A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association will be included in your membership pack I/we wish to become a member of the South Downs Society, and agree to support the aims of the Society. *
